The essence of chiropractic care is to relieve and remove stress from your nervous system - your communication network for your body. The stress in your nervous system arises from poor functioning and misaligned vertebral subluxation complexes (VSC). The chiropractic adjustment of VSC improves the function and the structure of the spine.
